Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by gamelghf B.V. ("gamelghf," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website at gamelghf.top and our pop-up dining experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
About gamelghf
gamelghf B.V. is a company registered in the Netherlands with registration number B63202536, VAT number NL12532678B02, and registered office at Schoolstraat 188, 3056 RR Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands. We specialise in creating unique pop-up dining experiences in various locations across Rotterdam.
Service Description
gamelghf provides pop-up restaurant and dining experience services, including but not limited to intimate dining experiences, corporate events, private celebrations, and seasonal dining experiences. Our services are provided at various temporary locations throughout Rotterdam and surrounding areas.
Booking and Reservations
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, phone, or email)
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by gamelghf
- A deposit may be required to secure your reservation
- Full payment is typically required 48-72 hours before the event
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from gamelghf. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.
Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
- Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods
- Additional charges may apply for special dietary requirements, additional services, or changes to bookings
- Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- Cancellations 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: No refund
- Cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control: Alternative date offered or full refund
gamelghf Cancellations
If gamelghf needs to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or provide a full refund.
Customer Obligations
As a customer of gamelghf services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making bookings
- Inform us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or special needs
- Arrive on time for your scheduled experience
- Respect the venue, staff, and other guests
- Follow any specific instructions provided for the event
- Not bring outside food or beverages unless specifically permitted
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of gamelghf or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
Photography and Media
gamelghf may take photographs or videos during events for promotional purposes. By attending our events, you consent to such photography and the use of your likeness in our marketing materials unless you specifically opt out.
Health and Safety
gamelghf takes health and safety seriously and complies with all applicable food safety and venue regulations. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us in advance. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gamelghf's liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Force Majeure
gamelghf shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Services
gamelghf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We may also update menus, venues, or other service details as necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant changes that may affect their bookings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, with venue in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as provided under Dutch law.
Termination
gamelghf may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business, staff, or other customers.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms provided for individual bookings, constitute the entire agreement between you and gamelghf regarding the use of our services.

gamelghf may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
